Why is .410 weak for HD?

I was just doing a quick Google search. Apparently some Armalite uppers had been converted overseas in the past, but not actually manufactured by Armalite. Well, that's just one upper. Maybe there were some other .410 uppers, too.
I did run across this Turkish video of a .410 AR. This guy is shooting slugs.Comment

I don't want to make you guys jealous but I'm getting a double barrel exposed hammer .410 with 18.25 inch barrels and a pistol grip.
It has a hinged action too so it folds in half and you just have to flick your wrist for the barrels to unfold and lock into place (design has no forearm) It is set up with a left handed thumb release so it can be shot off hand.
26.5 inch over all length. Are you jealous yet ?
