Mossberg is actually cataloging / marketing them in both barrel lengths these days. The differentiation between Cruiser and Persuader is pistol grip vs. full stock.

Ahh. you are correct sir. I just checked out mossbergs website, HOLY MOLY, they got a lot of different crap now. I swear everything was named differently about 3 years ago.

Take a look at the Hogue over-molded stock and forend....IMHO, they feel much better and look better than the factory pieces.

PG stocks don't work well on mossies.

i have a 590, went through that phase.....the problem lay in the placement of controls.

you have to let go in order to manipulate the safety and slide release.

the reason i wanted to change the stock in the first place is even though i have a 73inch arms span the stock unit was waaay to long of pull for me. i hope the 12 lop will be dead ball on. also my tactical vest has a thick pad on the shoulder area and the factory stock and vest pad made me feel like i had gator arms lol.

also i have a primary arms red dot on her now thats fun to shoot targets with but when the weapon is in the HD mode i wanta a night sight on the front. What do you boys think off this sight?

bead sight works fine. im a big fan of simplicity on a hd shotgun
