Browning citori lightning

Hello calgunners,
just had a question maybe you shotgun enthusiast could help me with. my buddy at work wants to trade my my colt ar-15 pratically brand new for his browning citori lightning 28 inch barrel in good condition. ive done some research on the shotgun but maybe someone with a little more experience could help me out. Is this a good trade? any help would be much appreciated. thanks in advance

What are the specs of your AR?

its just stock sp6920 less than 250 rounds through it. i just got it in february

Fair trade imo. Stock new 6920 in CA trim cost less the a new Lightning. Your 6920 is newer then his Lightning, so they kinda washes out each other! (granted it is a Lightning with the Inv Plus chokes)
