Looking at this shotgun. I have always shot mossberg 12ga and 20ga pumps. Really wanting a SxS for bird hunting. The screw in chokes are a big plus. Anyone have one of these. Seems decent for the $449 MSRP

I am just hung up on Single or Double Triggers. Never used a double trigger gun and dont know if I'll like it. The Supreme is single trigger, but it is more money.Hic Ego Statio
If I didn't have this gun the King of England could just come in here and start pushing you around. Do you want that, well do ya? - Homer SimpsonComment

If you are going to use it for hunting I like the idea of double triggers. With 2 chokes you can do front trigger close, back trigger far etc. That way you are not screwing with a barrel selector of the one you want as the bird flushes.sigpicComment

I actually enjoy shooting a double trigger. If you wanna come out to the clinic I can lend you a CZ 20ga with double triggers...Wanna learn to shoot SKEET? I am here to introduce all shooters to the sport of SKEET Shooting ....

Double trigger always! Not much more fun than letting both barrels blow simultaneously. Wheeeee!Wish I was rich instead of so damn good looking.Originally posted by stix213I'll worry about Hannibal Lecter having too many rights when the rest of us get ours in the first place.Originally posted by Just DaveAny American who isn't on a government watch list should be ashamed of themselves.Comment

I've used the Stoeger SXS coachguns in Cowboy Action Competition. In my view the Stoegers were the best crafted of all the lower priced SXS shotguns. I've had the opportunity to shoot the Stoeger Uplander and along with their coachguns I'd say that Stoeger does a very good job of regulating their barrels for accuracy, unlike some of the competitive guns in their price range. I prefer a 12 gauge and if I were shopping for a lower priced SXS hammerless double the Stoeger would be at the top of my list. I also prefer double triggers on a SXS shotgun.Comment
