Send an email to calgunner aippi, he's a Remington Certified armoror on the 870.

Total I think I spent about $900? That's including the ammo, case and cleaning supplies.

"Police Express" is an oxymoron, I believe, unless Remington are up to shenanigans.

OK, I know this won't help you at all in the least bit...at least with the information you're looking for.

But considering that you like the gun and there's nothing wrong with it, I would keep it and save up for the next gun you're looking to buy, rather than getting rid of this to fund another purchase. You might look back and regret it. I've been in the same position before, where I've sold a firearm to get another. Makes me wish at times I would have waited and kept em all.

The Remington 870 is a solid gun. Sounds like you've got it configured just right too. I for sure will have my 870 till the death of me. Heck, I may even pick up a few more

Although, we all know when it comes down to it...it's your decision.

ditto on what the prices everyone else quoted, around slightly less or equal to what you paid.

Where in Socal is it located? I'm shopping around for an 870 and may be interested.

also comes with a case, 250 shells, speedfeed stock, knoxx specops stock/forend and some cleaning stuff if whoever buys it wants it. The gun has had about 150 rounds through it.

I've never sold a gun before so I have no idea how they depreciate over time

Any help is much appreciated! If this is the wrong section or anything then please delete/move the thread. Thanks!
The Surefire forends are VERY nice. I have the 623LMG for my 590A. They run more than the cost of the shotgun, so whoever picks it up will have a very nice set up.

Keep in mind that his set up isn't just the 870. The Surefire forends run $400 plus.

Hey everyone thanks for the responses. I have kind of tangled with the thought of either selling it or keeping it. As of right now my father is using it as a bedside gun along with my mother's .38spl so it does serve some purpose. They live in a nicer area but have had an increase in the number of break ins the past few years.

I already have all my stuff that I want to build my lower so I think I'm going to hang onto it for a bit longer while I decide which parts to buy for my upper asembly If I do decide to sell it though I will be sure to post an ad on Calguns

If your father likes it, sell it to him. No registration required for long gun intrafamily member.
