    Good 12 Gauge Target Ammo

Can someone recommend high quality 12 gauge 7 1/2 shot ammo? I'm tired of all the failures to eject that are plaguing me. My friend told me if its a cheap gun you need expensive ammo or it's expensive gun and cheap ammo. Well, apparently I have some cheap azz guns.

I have a Remington 870 Express that seemingly has probs with everything. I also have a Rossi single shot that won't eject the Rio 2 3/4 dram load I recently bought.

The worst out there is Universal Value pack Target loads. So, I use that to test fire the custom shotguns I build and never have an issue with extraction. So, there are some issues with your weapon that you need to address.

Price of the weapon has little to nothing to do with this. Keeping the chamber clean does.

This chronicles my 870 experience: http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s...d.php?t=487328

The single shot I just got home this past week and it would cycle my friends reloads but the brass was too thin on the Rios which would lodge in the chamber.

I use the Federal 100 round 7 1/2, 3 dram, 2 3/4" from walmart. When I bought my beretta 3901 the manual actually recommended that exact round for the 50 round break in period. Over 1000 rounds later not one ftf or fte.

Your 870 should smooth out with use.
