Harris 3D Modular Stock

So here's the question:

Would the Alliance Arms Harris 3D Modular Stock be considered a telescopic stock? It appears that parts need to be removed/replaced in order for the LOP to be adjusted.

Since my Saiga 12 already has a pistol grip, it can't have a telescopic or folding stock and wasn't sure if this fits the definition.

at first glance and per the flowchart I don't think so. It seems to be just the same as a pinned Magpul CTR or carbine stock since it takes a tool to adjust. Smarter people will be along shortly.

My understanding is that even with a fixed mag, you still need to watch the evil feature on shotguns.

Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Hold on there. The BB does NOT negate the fact that you can *either* have a telescoping stock *or* you can have a pistol grip (and forward VFG) *not* both (on a semi-auto, mag-fed shotgun.)

So, with that out of the way, I'd say that stock is good to go. I can't tell from the pic, but I'm assuming that it requires some sort of tool to adjust the LOP? And not just clicking a button? I would say that is a stock with adjustable LOP (like, adding a padded spacer to the end of your stock) and NOT a collapsible or telescoping stock and would be good to go. However, that is just my interpretation and I suppose there could be some grey area there, I'm just saying that I would be comfortable with that stock.

Nope, nope, nope!!! You are thinking of the Rifle chart. Different rules.

If you have a folding/collapsible stock (step 13 on flowchart) and then a pistol, thumbhole, or vertical grip (step 14 on the flow chart) you violate PC 12276.1(a) and then get to meet bubba in the clink.
