I just got this and want to add a breeching attachment to the front. Does anyone know where I can get one that's not a chinez knockoff? Would it be advantageous to Pro Port my barrel to further reduce recoil and muzzle blast?

Muzzle brakes and porting tend to make things louder. And that big old brake is not going to earn you many friends among those who shoot on either side of you at the range.....

And what you can attach to the front of the gun in the photo above is going to be dependent, in part, on how that current muzzle brake is attached.

Color me crazy, but what is the fascination with breechers? Is it just because they look cool?

How it looks is in the eye of the beholder. If you like the appearance and don't care that it adds weight as well as doesn't really do anything to enhance the functionality of your gun, then that's okay. Whatever makes you happy is good for you. You'll look cool at the range and be ready for the zombie apocalypse when it comes.

But that doesn't mean it's good for someone else.

If you actually intend to own that gun in case of the off chance you may have to fight for your life with it some day, then I'd submit that keeping the gun simple is a far better solution.

Also with H&K MP7's I don't see the need for breeching doors. Just shoot through the walls.

? That's just a picture of my friend in Korea. who ask me to check out the Vegas gunshow for breaching devices. He is an Korean police SWAT team leader. he was showing off H&K MP7 fullauto is his primery I can't have that now~!!!. and I don't need it one shot one kill~!
