+1 on a shotgun course, yes my gun is tacti-cool, but i did take a course with it, and i did just fine with the accessories. Do whatever you like to it, just as long as you know how to operate it in the end.

Side saddle, +2 extension and surefire. Start with those first. Pistol grip is all preference. For me, it doesn't help and gets in the way mostly.

I like to keep 'em simple---a mag extension and a top-of-the-line recoil pad. I wouldn't go with the over-the-top folding stock, you'll hate it!

I'd say flip it upside down, attach the pump to the barrel and rework the entire fire control group, so you can have a "Halo-style" pumpgun!
