i have a question. do the people with surefire forends have a shadow of their barrel on the wall when they use it?

i'm using mine with a ggg sling adapter and i didn't notice the shadow that much when it wasn't asymetric. after i threw the sling adapter on, you could really tell you clip a lot of beam.

as for links to the offset surefire adapter

    rotating one

There is a barrel shadow, but it's hardly noticeable on a wall more than 10ft from the light.

They serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man."
