Just bought my first shotgun!

So i just picked up a mossberg 500 camo 24" with a choke tube for 250 OTD including all fees. It felt real nice and I really liked the look. Has a nice top rail with two standard sights, i dont know what their called but there just the little BB style sights. It felt really nice and had a nice and smooth action, i get to pick it up on the 21st!!

He had an rem 807 express mag for 299 but he said he would give it to me for 250 plus tax and dros.

Ya thats what did it for me, it looks better in person then in the picture. He had the rem 807 that he was gunna do for 250 plus the fees but it was the express mag and i heard the QQ on that model was actual lacking. plus it came with a choke already, even though i know its only like 20 bucks, but ya the camo really made the difference, it looks great! Thanks!

That's the pawn shop right next to the plaza right? In the pics it looks like they have ammo there.. I'm going to have to cruise in there on Thursday and see if they have good prices on some 9mm.

Not sure if you've been out shooting with it, but Rahauuges in Chino is a cool place to go. I go there with my mossberg 500 once in a while.. Or you could always run up to Lytle creek if you have your own thrower/discs and someone to throw for ya. Or if you already know about all that.. Please dissregard.

Picking up my mossberg 500 combo today at big 5. But im not gonna be able to shoot till' the 21st at simi valley with some friends...Got 200 round already and got at walmart winchester 100 shell of 2 3/4 birdshot or clay.... Goodluck and enjoy.....

Really? I'll have to check that place out as well.. I bought my M9 from Centerfire across the street from the plaza on the other side of Central. Didn't know there were other places around.

Lol.. the waiting sucks.. Hate it.. However what time did you start the paper work at the pawn shop? If you started it at 4pm then you have to wait until after 4pm on Saturday before you can get it. =(

Maybe.. I can't say for sure what I'm doing that weekend or if funds will allow me to go shooting again this month. This weekend is the gun show in Ontario and I'm heading there to see if there's anything cool I can pick up for either of my 2 toys. That and I'll be crewing for a team in Fontana at the drag races over Memorial day weekend so that will take some funds away as well. =( Damnit.. I need more money and less bills

Haha just checking. I really enjoyed Prado! $20 all day at the pistol/rifle range. Haven't shot skeet over there but hope to pretty soon. I haven't been there since the place flooded, though. Haven't been to Raahauges cause it's pretty expensive compared to others. I don't think $30 for 2 hours of 100 yard shooting is worth it

had a mossburg once about 25 years ago the trigger group shattered after about twenty rounds. Never have owned another. But good luck.
