These do not appear to be CA legal as shown in the ad. 14 round capacity. The tubular magazine exemption is for 22's and lever action firearms.

I am surpised the flyer says it is 26.1" inch long? Is there any kind of a butt pad and what happens if it wears down or is compressed by .11". I would have designed it to be a bit longer.

yeah i figured, but... its 7 in ONE tube and the other 7 in the OTHER tube. you also have to change the tubes over. so, wouldnt they be separate? kinda like a mag. wouldnt this make it ok for us?

I was told by the people at Turner's that they passed CA legal status because each tube only carries 7 rounds, and you need to flip a switch to be able to feed rounds from the other tube.

It does not automatically feed shells from the other tube when the first tube runs out.

Anyway, Turner's is pretty "anal" when it comes to towing the line as far as CA gun laws. They would not accept orders unless they were completely legal.

The only bad thing I could think of about having 14 shotshells is the sheer weight of this thing when fully loaded. Time to hit the gym.
