that mess has been around awhile and unless it is a crew served weapon I see no use for it other then recreational shooting. For fun on the range, heck yes. I hope it is something you can get out there in Western Siberia. If I ever see one I will beg to shoot it for the fun of it.

It would be allowed as long as each trigger works independently. If it were fashioned in a way that pulling one trigger fired both guns at the same time, it would be considered a machine gun (at least in CA).

I've always wanted to see one with two thin triggers close together so that they could both be actuated by a single finger, but I'm not sure how far into the gray area that goes.

I think that would be legal, because you are registering 2 individual shotguns. The 2 shotguns are still firing one round at a time.

With that thought, how about a double 1100?? Hmmmmm .........
