Solution: get a pistol grip and get rid of the stock altogether. OAL is still safely above the legal minimum.

        Thats a good idea. I'm a little bummed now because I didn't know I couldn't have both.

What kind of Bullet Button is that ? I have an R&R racing Trigger guard and am trying to work out a bullet button, yours looks like it would work! Custom?

those do not exist on the retail market
you must buy a saiga and convert it to pistol grip configuration yourself

it is VERY easy to do

I just bought a new S-12 a few weeks back. The only things I've picked up so far are the MD ARMS V-PLUG Adjustable Gas Knob (5 gas settings) and a 10-round SGM Magazine.

Took her out this morning and ran 30 rounds of Federal Bulk Pack and 20 rounds of Winchester Ranger Low-Recoil OO buckshot. Had to fine tune the gas settings - started at #2 (second lowest) and had to dial it all the way to #5 in order to get the Federal to cycle 100%. The Low-Recoil OO would cycle 100% at the #4 setting.

I'm just breaking her in, so that could have something to do with it too. Next up...the conversion.

They perfectly shoot bird shot fine, just like veryone says, they need to be broken in.

I broke mine in last Saturday. On the advice of Diego Ted, i changed nothing. It was completely stock out of the box. Put 50 rds remington sluggers through it first on setting 1, then moved to wally world #8 federal bulk pack, then a box of winchester xpert and anoter box estate game load on setting #2. no FTF no FTE. 150 rds total through it an ready for conversion.

What exactly does the "conversion" consist of? I'm planning on putting my order in next week.

Just finished converting my new saiga 12 today. Bought the gun from MGM Tactical, the conversion kit from Carolina Shooter Supply, and the 10 rd mags from AGP arms. Now I just need to get this bad boy to the range.
