          It's made by ProMag.
Wait for the double stack 10 rounder from MDArms.

Why support a dealer that will not ship to Calif.

Before buying a Promag, If a 10 round capacity is all you're after, I would recommend just tuning some AGPs.

Purchase the unassembled kits directly from Kevin's website, then sand the inside of the bodies with 120, then 240 grit (focusing on the surface disruptions left from the manufacturing process), assemble them & snug the screws, then back the screws off about 1/2 rotation. (this assures you don't overtighten, which could slightly collapse the mouth of the mag, resulting in drag on the shells, which can lead to FTF from the mag being out-cycled by the gun.)

They will be more reliable than the Promag nutsack-10 & be able to fire 3" shells, which the drums cannot.

                Good luck!

They do ship to CA, they just don't ship to private individuals.

Let me Tell you a story...
There was this young man who owned a tree trimming service & a rental property... He was living the dream for a young man in his late 20s...
But he had an empty space in his life..... He just didn't know it yet.

On the first day, he bought an S-12 & went to shoot it...
Afterward, & with a smile stretching ear to ear, he said "This is good."

On the second day, even though he was very pleased with his S-12, he saw some issues & he went to work studying them & engineering modifications & new products to increase the platform's reliability, then after testing & admiring his handiwork... With another big grin, again said; "This is good."

On the third day, he, foreseeing the platform's potential & seeing many others begging for higher capacity, decided to research drum designs & Russian engineering also, then began engineering a drum mag for the Saiga 12. He was determined to make it utterly reliable & build it to be equal to the quality of mil-spec mags, while remaining light and practical...
He was thinking... "This could be really good."

On the fourth day, he put his business & everything he owned up for collateral and invested it all in making his dream a reality, by having the highest quality tooling made in the USA (at a MUCH higher rate than other large mag companies pay the Chinese to make) because he desired to ensure that any product with his name on it was of the highest quality possible.
It was a risky move, but he had faith. While weighing the enormity of the risk he had taken, he thought to himself... "This is all or nothing! This WILL be good!"

On the fifth day, he joyously announced that the drum was under development. Many cheered, however there were many detractors. Many were fearful of the drum, because they were scared of the evil democrats paying attention to their beloved 5 round Saiga-12s. He even received death threats for his efforts.
He assured all the detractors, that he had legal counsel & everything would be alright, but the detractors came together against him & actually got him banned from his beloved forum.

On the sixth day, after releasing his drum, he found his drum being slandered by a company that was making a far less reliable & inferior drum & it got to the point that to prove the durability, he ran over his drum 11 times with his truck, loaded it up, ran over it again, inserted it into a gun, & fired off all the rounds flawlessly.
Everyone, in amazement, said; "HELL YEAH!!!! This is good!"

On the seventh day, he spent the whole day assuring that his company delivered the highest customer service imaginable, to the point that if he even comes across a problem with his products on some random thread on the internet, he actually contacts the person who's having the problem & personally sees to it that the problem is fixed.

There was no day of rest.

You'll never come across another businessman like Mike Davidson. Not in this day & age. He's a dieing breed.
If he doesn't ship directly to a state, there's a very good reason for it, such as the state coming after him & threatening to take his livelihood.
But still... Buying MD arms is supporting the US economy at every level of production, development & sales. It is voicing that quality, reliability & integrity is the most important thing to you.

That's a beautiful story. But why is he against me & my fellow Californians who support the 2A? When has the State come after him? Details? He would have been better off in sticking it to the DOJ by selling to us, like so many vendors here. Just curious. At the end of the day, it's his choice.

They don't talk about the specifics.

However they made PRK Arms their Ca. distributor being as they have the proper licencing & know all the Ca. laws.
