Yup I had to do the same thing I wonder if it was in the directions I didn't read them.

All I was saying was now I need a tool to disassemble the shotgun now previously you could use parts of the shotgun to take down the parts like the firing pin for the roll pin ect. After you take out the trigger assembly the stock screws off I want to see Meas tactical come out with their top rail kind of like the sidearmor. They would have already had one if Benelli didn't change there barrel dimensions right when they had their prototype finished.

One thing I was wondering not that it matters to me anymore but does your base Urbino that comes from the factory w/o the cheek riser have the rails so the customer could buy a riser at a later date?

        No.

It would have been nice if we could just have offered a single part number, and you could get the cheek riser later if you wanted to, but you can imagine of howls of indignation that would have greeted a standard stock with little rails in the sides.

We also considered making the rails themselves removable, by slotting them in from the back, but it's not a good idea to have any seams on the top or side of a stock since they tend to catch whiskers, often quite painfully.

Very nice setup and stock from Mesa!

Now I want a M4 handguard that is moulded exactly like the OEM (left or right side), but has a 2-inch M1913 rail included!

My GF was able to get me one for Christmas and I just got done installing it. This thing is awesome! Makes the M4 much more comfortable.

I wish I had remembered reading this thread and the section about not installing the trigger group with the stock tightened down. I ended up tapping the group down with a mallet (after wresting with it for a good half an hour) to get the stud lined up in the receiver. If it wasn't for that, installation would have only taken 10 or 15 minutes.

I'm also a little bit nervous of the screw in the stock coming loose.. I'll probably put a dab of green loctite on it tomorrow.

                    Love it.

Going to have to order one for my M1s90.

Are there any type of mold seams or sharpness on the edges of the cheek riser piece? Do you think there would be a possibility of slicing or scratching your face some how?

What do you think of the M80 my Christmas list had this and a x300 for my GF and she bought me the x300. I've been hearing mixed reviews on the m80 saying its fat like a Pringles can and heavy. Now that your compliant with the Urbino are you going to ditch the forearm.

Great set up, im picking my M4 up next Friday.

How does the 8 round mag holder attach to the m4 is it via the picatinny rail.

What full length magazine tube manufacturer are you going with. Ive heard these kits can cost anywhere from $40 to $200, im wondering what your getting for such a price difference after all its just a tube.

I like the M80 but the factory grips didnt bother me I just wanted a place to hang my X400. It is not heavy at least IMO it isnt. the build is great I recomend it.

I have read other opinions and they say after they get the stock they are going back to factory hand gaurds. This was from a few different forend users not just M80
