If you can pinch a few more pennies, I would highly recommend the Beretta xtrema 2 with the kick off stock. Its a gas operating shotgun with a spring and shock dampening recoil reduction system in the stock. Comes with 4 different choke tubes and a few shims to adjust the length of pull. Plenty of choices let you tackle trap,skeet,5stand, sporting clays, and any game you will likely find in the field. Ive got probably close to 20k shells through this thing without a mechanical malfunction. The gun has jammed probably 5 times and they were all complete user error. The gun reliability cycles 1oz loads all the way up to 3.5inch heavy tungsten duck loads. However it will not cycle 7/8oz loads. I have shot benelli super sports, and super black eagle 2's. They are also great shotguns. However even with the comfort tec stocks, the xtrema2 had less felt recoil. (Which is subjective to the shooter) bottemline with either of those three guns you can't go wrong, I whole heartily believe the right choice for you is the shotgun that fits and swings the best in your arms. I highly advise you to try and shoot them all before you buy( sometimes easier said then done) good luck and happy hunting.

Benelli is the best but I have a rem 1100 franchi 500 and those work great for me. I had an old b2000 broke alot of clays with it.
