Used Mossberg 500 - Price Check

Hi All,

I'm new to shotguns, what's a Mossberg 500 used with approx 500 rounds worth? With both the 18" & 28" barrel?

Is $195 a good price?

Sounds fair as long as the gun is not to beat up. No major scratches, gouges, or pitting. Normal wear would be fine at that price. Ed

If it's the big 5 combo 200 is a decent deal about 40 less than ive ever seen it on their ads. One thing to note if it is the big 5 one it has the slide that's a pain to replace the fore end.

Kids these days. I've bought 4 or 5 combo kits from Big 5 over the years and, I've never paid more than $200 for one. Granted, I haven't bought one in 7 or 8 years though.

Yup I remember paying $169.99 for the first couple of combos I bought way back. Just like everythingelse prices have risen dramaticly in the past years.

Looking at the link, it was a good deal. I saw the OP and if not for it being in Fontucky, I would have jumped on it.

yea I asked it he'll do the FFL transfer in the OC... he turned me down, I wasn't going out to Fontana either.

I payed $300 for mine with DROS included. $249+dros+tax. This was 2 months ago big 5 combo.

I wouldve got a used one had I found one for the right price.
