Benelli M4 help!

Hello fellow CalGunners. I recently tried to purchase a Benelli M4 semi-auto shotgun online from BudsGunShop.com. I'm trying to take advantage of Benelli's rebate offer. I've done my research. The model I tried to purchase was the 11707 with a fixed stock pistol grip configuration, 4+1 capacity with the 18.5 barrel. This is California legal!!

Buds stated that they would only sell this to LE in CA.

Any thoughts? Any other authorized dealers I should purchase from? Thanks guys.

This is worrisome. I was hoping to one day buy the Mossberg 930 spx with pistol grip buttstock from Bud's. This makes it sound like they would deny selling it to Ca.

Shortround1, the folks at Bud's admitted their mistake & acknowledged that the Benelli M4 was perfectly legal in the Republic of Kalifornia. Next time, I will purchase from a reputable CA store. Email them first before you buy.
