Anybody else going to go shoot some glow birds under the lights? For those wondering "glow birds", at dusk and dark with the lights above nice and high, and a black backround the birds almost glow with the light reflecting off them.

I will be out there for a bit with the girl. Prolly about 8 8:30 till I get tired of shootin. Big guy in a giants t-shirt. Probably shooting a lever action, since the girl usually borrows (takes) my browning.

I can't this time. Please tell me more about the glow birds. Do they do this often? I didn't realize that Livermoore was open that late. How late are they open. How big are the targets? Do you have any photos. It sounds fun.

What does it cost a non-member to shoot a round of trap? This sounds fun. It is the wife's birthday, but a late trap shoot sounds fun to me.

There is the website. As stated they are open till 10 tuesdays. Non member is $9 per round. Jr's I think are $7, not sure though. Clays are standard orange, like 4 inch.... But as it gets later, with the lights above, and the backround turning black, they just seem to glow. It is a whole different feel. It is like shooting at light bulbs flying through the air.

I am out there any tuesdays i am home, and weekends too. The girl is out there every tuesday, and shoots leauge. Speaking of wich, anybody interested should check it out. Leauge is thur nights. Great people just having a good time. And it is fairly cheap too. I made it for about half of the shoots last time, and had a good time. The girl is planing to do it again. She is actually thinking of trying to put together a all girl squad. And it is handicapped so everyone has a chance to win. Plus you get to get some good free advice from great shooters, and share your wealth of knowledge with beginers if so inclined.
