If memory serves, the warning about holding the SureFire grip 1" back if you have one, came with my SpecOps. If not I found the info on the Knoxx website, don't recall which.
On my end I'm also waiting to see what Knoxx comes out with. The initial posts I've seen about the Knoxx RSF (Recoil Supression Forend), are rather impressive - supposed to reduce felt recoil to 0.
And they also mentioned on some of the forums they were in talks with a "well-known forend light manufacturer" which implies integrated weapon lights.
Then in Feb of this year, I emailed them, asking if they had any recommendation on integrated pistol grip lasers for the SpecOps... they replied saying there was too much going on in-front of the pistol grip on a shotgun, which is why they are placing it into their new forend product.
So in theory... we may all have a Knoxx recoil reducing, weapon light & laser forend in our future.
