    Military Shotguns

What barrel length does the military use? How long is the barrel length in a WWI trench gun? I've qualified on a Mossy in the navy...but I wasn't a gun guy back then and didnt measure the barrel.

Dunno about modern guns, but WW1 era trench guns included the Winchester M-1897 in 20" and the Remington Model 10 in 20". Later, the Remington Model 12 was used, also with a 20" barrel, and the Ithaca Model 37 in 20".

The Marines also use the 590A1 which is 20", and the Navy uses 18.5" 500s.
