Montana Xtreme makes a solvent that will get the plastic off of your barrel. Just make sure you use a nylon brush when applying the montana xtreme stuff. If its really not coming out, try a spiral brush like this http://www.midwesthuntersoutlet.com/...%2BJDyOLrQE%3D
