I think the biggest problem with the CD shotgun is that it's at almost the exact same price point as the Mossberg combo/security models, and it doesn't offer anything to make you choose it over the combo/security models. The Moss Combo obviously gives you the two barrels, while the Security model has more shot capacity than the CD. Combined with the history of the Mossbergs, it's hard to ignore all of those things and pick the CD.
