Rem 870 w/ Sage folding stock

Seems like a good combo. Is it legal in Cali?

I've seen a Rem 870 with folding stock for sale and I assume it is legal in Cali.

Yes...a semi auto may have a pistol grip.

However it is not allowed to have a pistol grip and a folding stock because the folding stock causes the gun to grow a mind of it's own and go outside by itself to strangle baby kittens in the middle of the night.
