Umm..... nice S12 but is that stock permanently pinned?

A collapsible stock AND pistol grip is a no go in CA.

    Just as very important FYI:

on CA Penal Code 12276.1 regarding semi-auto shotguns it states:
    (a) Notwithstanding Section 12276, "assault weapon" shall also mean any of the following:
    (6) A semiautomatic shotgun that has both of the following:
    (A) A folding or telescoping stock.
    (B) A pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon, thumbhole stock, or vertical handgrip.

I'm sure the pics were taken out of state of course....

And just noticed that.... is it a 20 round magazine?

...oh wait is this a joke I didn't get?

Who in the heck makes a 20 round saiga 12 stick mag? That pic has a ten rounder.

There is nothing prohibiting the use of large capacity magazines in fixed magazine shotguns. Only fixed magazine semi-auto rifles and pistols.

If you can legally aquire a 12 round magazine or a 20 round drum, you can use them in a fixed magazine Saiga12.

Didnt know this. I've never seen any 20 round drums for S12's advertised towards CA buyers

Actually ya'll are right that is a 10 rounder... it looked extra long to me for some reason when I opened the pic, maybe the foregrip threw me off...

There was a thread I saw but can't find now on forum.saiga-12.com where someone was showing how to mod and connect 2 magazines together (yup a 20 rounder) and have them functional...showed pictures of these ridiculously long mags...thought that was one of them for a sec...my bad.

Hey JeffM are you 100% sure about the fixed semi-auto shotgun magzine not having a limit? I would love if that were the case, but is that 100% confirmed? (I would love to get a drum legally...I know revolving cylinders are out of the question but thought the limit of 10 was the reason why we don't see more s12 drums in CA.

                Looks sweet!
"If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation then by deflation, the banks and the corporations will grow up around them, will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs."

According to the flowchart (link at the top of every forum page) non-detachable semi-auto shotguns are not limited in capacity. Detachable magazines are evil and will cause you to go on shooting sprees.

You'd have to be 7'4" to shoot that thing!

Sorry didn't want to hijack the OPs original thread, looks like we strayed off target a bit...

So Op, how are you liking your new s12... is the stock pinned? It really is a fun gun to shoot!
