I just purchased a nova in the synthetic black...

Does anyone know if they make replacement stocks or any other kind of grips for it? And where I could find them? Maybe camo the originals?

The only thing about the Nova is that there aren't nearly as many aftermarket parts for it as there are for Remington or Mossberg pumps. And because the receiver and stock are molded in one piece, you can't change it if you want a pistol grip (the Super Nova is two pieces)

I've gotten the sale price on firearms at Big5 without them actually being on sale. All you do is ask when it will go on sale. If the slacker behind the counter doesn't know, ask for the manager to find out. If the sale is going to be months away I say, "dang, I'd have bought it now if it was on sale" and that usually gets them to give me the sale price right there.

If they still do the lay-a-way thing and the sale if only weeks away you can put on hold until the sale and buy it then.

It never hurts to ask for a better deal, all they can say is no.

I looked at this when my buddy got his Mossy 500 at Big 5. Quite frankly, the Benelli felt kinda cheap and flimsy compared to the Mossberg. Good price though.

The differences are only slight but I don't like the look of the Nova. I like the Super Nova though and I absolutely love to shoot it, the Super Nova is just really nice for what it costs...and did anyone mention that there are lots of aftermarket parts for it?

I'm picking up the supernova tactical from the gun store on Friday a special thanks to you guys for solving my identity crisis problem I will post pics of my new toy this weekend .
