The cases came yesterday. They'll do the trick.

I'm not sure if it's how they were stored or the fact that they were packed in the box tighter than 10lbs of stuff in a 5 pound bucket, but they are a little off. They are twisted a bit and not quite symmetrical.

It wouldn't surprise me if they are factory seconds.

They kind of look like what a Carl's Jr Western Bacon Cheeseburger look's like when you take it out of the bag & unwrap it vs the picture of it on the poster in the store.

At least they came in a long box and they weren't folded in half lengthwise.
Some reviewers mentioned getting them that way and they basically had permanent fold marks.

They aren't a Boyt Signature case, but they're 1/4 the price. Various lengths available.

They were closing out the green waxed canvas cases for $33 & change, plus tax and shipping.
All in it was around $85 for the pair and the green ones no longer show up on their site.
I was trying to wait for free shipping, but the price had gone up from $28 to $33 and their inventory kept dropping, so I bought them.
Of course, they had free shipping the next day.

Either the green ones weren't selling at $64.99, or they were undisclosed seconds.

The olive brown ones are still available at $64.99.
I like the olive brown color better, but at half the price, I'm okay with the green.

My green ones arrived in perfect condition, no folds or creases or wrinkles. Pretty good knockoff of the Boyt case, especially at the clearance price. And I got the free shipping!
