    Yep, membership has its privileges!
What club? Wonder if the cost of gas to drive from Sacramento would make it worthwhile

This is the Sunnyvale Rod & Gun club, before leaving CA in Mar last year, both wife and I were Full Members of the club.

What you should also be aware of, is that with privileges, you'll also have responsibilities. You'll have to spend time working at the club as safety officers for the various ranges and other duties. Wife and I were both assigned to the teams running Trap shooting competitions. Those of you who used to shoot ATA competition at Sunnyvale would have most likely met me and my wife before, she's usually running between trap fields to distribute water and I'm usually the scorer.

There is also a work party requirement where you'll need to spend a Sunday each month to clean up the club. Members who work on Trap competition team doesn't need to do this though because their duty hours are much longer and you'll be in the weather as well.

Overall the benefits far outweighs the responsibility, especially if you consider those days that are Members Only where you can go shoot and not be bothered by the public.

Both wife and I were sad that we had to resign because we've moved to WA and couldn't commit to our duties to the club anymore.

Local Big 5, once a week shipments but long lines limits applied to ammo.

                  Yep, this is my club.

However, RSO work responsibilities are once every 3-months and work parties are once a year.
