Nice! It's cool to see a plastic stocked gun go old school back to wood.
    Well done

Im changing to. I'm tired of the black sythetic tacticoool stuff and the RPG and PKM's in the safe. LOL feds. It's a joke.

I like the old school shotty look. its very traditional and streamlined.

Nicely done! I also like to see an 870 go old school. Excellent job on the wood - looks like some of the older 870's in my dept's inventory before we went all Speedfeed stocks.
I'm retired. That's right, retired. I don't want to hear about the cop who stopped you today or how you didn't think you should get a ticket. That just makes me grumpy!

Wow, that looks great! I like how it isn't too shiny. Did you seal the wood in any way?

              Very good
Was your stock screw a different size.?
I tried doing the same to mine.
I bought the WOOD too..and well the dang screw in the back didn't fit.
Just wondering if you had to switch it.?

The wood I bought came with a sling screw for the buttstock, everything else I just used from the original.

look sweet, can't beat the feel of smooth polished wood.

Nice! We pretty much did the same exact thing; went from a Speedfeed pistol grip and fore-arm set to wood furniture. I went 870P walnuts on mine.

I just like the classic look of wood furniture on an 870.
