What do you want to shoot?

P.S. When you type in all CAPS it means you are shouting, just an FYI.

Once you have a map, what areas are legal?

Take the 79 south to where the 371 meets. Just after the 371 and to the right is a dirt road called "high point truck trail", take that path for a while and you'll find some spots on BLM, make sure you're far enough in.

Orosco Ridge in Ramona isn't too far from you, depending on how you look at it. You'll basically take the 15 to the 78 and you're there in no time. Its free entry, 7 days a week, sun up to sun down. You need an Adventure Pass because its reserve land, but its cheap (One time fee) and you can buy it at most gas stations around here. Just be respectful, responsible and clean up anything you bring out there (Including your brass) and its a good time for everyone.
