    After the stock work was done I used a bore site to get it close, then range time to fine tune it.

    You don't NEED a stock fitter to get it right, but you do need a good consistent mount...
    That looks awesome! I actually decided to dive into my shim kit last night. I doubled them up to get a MUCH better drop/cast - I'm gonna give this setup a go next time at the range and if I'm still having issues I'll be driving myself 2hrs up to Azusa for proper looksie.

    Also ordered myself a vest and a shoulder pad...that 4hrs round trip might be exactly what I need, but I'll see if the new drop/cast and vest don't stitch me right up perfect.

    @Tanks - You're way more of a man than I'll ever be, and I think my shoulder is glad it's that way

      Also this works for me and I have them on all my shotguns. I tape down the foam with blue painters tape when adjusted correctly for lift and offset.
