Next year, after Trump is inaugurated (again) and the covid boogieman dies - i anticipate revived inventory and 1800 range.

I wish it would hurry up, 'cause I've bought two (other) shotguns while looking for the m4 I want.

100% parts interchangeability, who cares whose name is on it? It's not a Purdey.

I bought a stoeger m3000 for $489, then put like $100 into tube spring, and follower. It runs like a top though. I understand it’s a lowly M2 clone not an M4.

I'd rather have an identical clone for half the price. I don't collect Benelli/HK. I used an HK for work for years and it was just a gun, not some magical piece of superior German engineering.

In an UNFORTUNATE choice of language however, this new shotgun alliterates quite WELL with, "Crapola!"

Let's hope it has NOTHING in common with that, though!

Who cares whose name... lol, I care! If I didn’t all my AR lower would be $40 Anderson!

I agree with you though, getting one of those clones to mess around with is a great idea, and I have put Crapola t4 on my to-buy list

@deadcayote, I tried to do the same thing , but I couldn’t find m3000 in stock so I just said F it and ‘wasted’ $800 by just getting the m2 (for the rollmark!!)

I’d never knock a real M2. I’m just a cheapskate and have seen tons of guys in 3 Gun run the stoeger so I figured it’d work and has decent support for aftermarket.

                          Stoeger is owned by Benelli.

Stoeger firearms made for Every Day Tough. For reliability at a price you’ll love, experts and novices agree on Stoeger. These hardworking guns are all about action and value. Assortment of shotgun, pistol and airgun models available.

So you could argue that you did buy a Benelli.

Beretta Holdings owns Benelli, so you could say you bought a Beretta.
