It says CA DOJ approved safe, i am not sure if this matches the Bank Vault type security standards of Mr. Becerra. But do any of you guys know if I take apart the KSG if it will fit in. Its not going to be my home defense gun so I dont need quick acces to it. I live in a studio apartment and I dont have room for a big safe. Im sorry i keep asking questions.
    No it wont work.

Just buy the cable lock and be done with it. Anything beyond that with your budget is a waste of money. If you want to slow a thief down then go buy some extra cable rope and tie it to your bed frame underneath and add an extra lock. It'll work the same at a far less cost. ETA: I make this recommendation based on the fact you live in an apartment. You are not bolting anything down without a severe cost to yourself once you move out.

I do recommend saving your money for a better safe in the future for when you decide to buy more guns.
