I want to add a flashlight to my KS7 so I can use it for home defense. Anyone have any ideas or examples of a flashlight mounted to a KS7 that doesn't ruin the slim profile of the KS7 which one of the main reasons for going with a KS7 instead of a KSG.

1. Attach M-Lok flashlight mount to KS7.
2. Attach flashlight to M-Lock mount.
3. Win?sigpic

You definitely need a flashlight on a KS7, so you can find your HD shotgun that doesn't jam.
All kidding aside look at a MLok offset mount so it'll keep it as close to the fore end as possible. Can DI AR's run dirty?

Have you had issues with KS7 jamming? I haven't had any issues so far. I've heard of issues with the KSG but not KS7.Comment

Sure it doesnt. take it to a two day class and tell me that. All those things are good for is slowing down a class that everyone spent good money for so the instructor can help the guy that bought this stupid thing.

Wow. The guy asks a simple question and people who watch too much you tube chime in. It was probably a green beret in two days course. I’d like to know the answer to his original question as well.Last edited by BigYellowApe; 10-02-2019, 9:13 PM.Comment

You must be one of the lucky ones. Every shotgun class I've took someone had a KSG and had problems with FTF and FTE shooting low, high brass slugs or 00 which did slow down the class by having to clear hard malfunctions. The last class a friend was shooting a KSG with mini shells and he had fail to chamber and extract every 2-3 rounds. He also had the usual problems with everything else also. The last time I've seen him he swears he fixed it. He said the .50 brake and another component was some how bending the feed tubes causing the malfunction. Because of all the problems I've seen and after firing my brother's stock KSG multiple times I wouldn't buy or use one even for a range gun only. All of these where supposedly the latest gen from KelTec. My Benelli M1 will not cycle 7 1/2 bird with the SureFire light and a side saddle, but with high brass stuff it works flawlessly. My 590 eats anything, but my JMPro I wouldn't consider anything more than a 3gun rig due to the flaw of the bolt release sending a shell 1/2 onto the elevator. Basically if you're comfortable to rely on it for a HD or Duty rig no love lost on my end.
As for the YouTubers not that is the place for an end all review, you gotta admit there sure is a high failure rate with different reviewers. Also some of them tried things like racking extra hard etc without any more favorable results.Last edited by Munny$hot; 11-03-2019, 6:28 PM.Can DI AR's run dirty?
