A little more information is needed to accurately offer a going rate for it.

        Rifle or Ghost Rings?
        Extended mag tube?
        Pistol Grip stock?
        HK Imported?

hmm, going off memory here. i actually went with my buddy to get his M3.
          was back in 97
purchased at Pony Express in Northridge
          comes with Ghost Rings
          it IS a HK/Benelli M3.. cuz i got the HK/Benelli M1 S90 w/ factory Muzzle Break.
          NO pistol grip
dont remember if it has an Extended mag tube or not.
need to check with my buddy.

No. You have to go to the 'Special Purpose' area where it's still listed. The only configuration is the Ghost Sights and the Pistol grip stock.

one more question.. does any other 28in barrel fit the M3?

would be nice, if the M3 could be used for Skeet/Trap.

I will get flamed by the 3 people that think the m3 is a great gun but I don't care. You would be better off not paying that much for a gun that just isn't good. Spend more and buy a new M2 or a used M2 or M1 much better guns. There are many threads on this or we can rehash it.

Nobody thinks more about Benellis than I do I have the M1 M2 and the M4. I'd buy the M3 for a couple of hundred bucks just so I could say I have all three.

If the M3 was so great and It's been out awhile why did LAPD just authorize the M4 for the rank and file?
I move slow but I make up for it by shooting poorly.

For competition (3-gun, etc) I'd buy an M1 or M2 over an M3. There's not advantage to the M3 and there are some disadvantages. I also wouldn't pay a premium on an M3 over a M1/M2.

The M3 is more of a nitch/collector piece at this rate. For practical use you are better getting a M1 or M2. As for a perfect condition M3 with 100 rounds through it will probably be well over the 1k range... Not saying it is a better gun but it appeals to the collectors or people that want something unique. To get an idea as to what people are paying for them, go to gunbroker. Something is only worth what somebody is willing to pay and it is a good gauge.

                      Hey Randy,

How would the M3 compare against the M1 and M2 if it was just set on "semi-auto?"

If it has a top folding stock, it's major bucks! I've seen them go as high as
$2,500 out of state. It will have to be DROS'd with a fixed stock in California.

The M3 has the recoil system in the fore end and is front heavy and doesn't swing as well. When you drop it down to load, it's cumbersome. I don't think it cycles as fast. It has a pump for those pesky light loads so shooting them in semi auto can be tricky.

Yes they make a 26" barrel with chokes for the M3. No barrels fit the m3 other then the 18.5" and 26" M3 specific barrels(not interchangeable with M1 or M2).
