    replacing A300

ok, I was in a bit of a jam and sold my A300, daughter LOVED that gun BUT since times are still not the greatest and I want to take her shooting, I am in the market for a semi under $400 that will cycle light loads.
    suggestions?

Personally I would try my best to save up so I wouldn't have to buy what I am posting a link to, but if your budget is really that limited, here you go. https://www.turners.com/escort/escor...2-gauge-462117 Otherwise stay on top of the marketplace for a used Mossberg 930, Remington 11-87, maybe a Stoeger m3000. Maybe you will get lucky with someone selling their A300 for $400.00 in your area.

I’ve seen surprisingly good reviews of the tristar semi shotguns, with the base model raptor available in the low $300 range

I found a raptor on sale and admittedly it works well.

I had a TriStar Raptor. Excellent S/A shotgun. Those Turks really know their stuff.

And mine was redolent with the odor of Turkish tobacco, haha!!

I liked it so much, I picked up one of their new Trap O/U guns, a TT-15 Sporting, IIRC.

Inland Empire, she wants to know if you are done with her shotgun and if you want to trade it for a featureless AR that I got her and she didn't like

I have 9 year old twin boys. I bought a weatherby sa08 compact shotgun in 20 gauge for them. It was on sale from buds gun shop for I believe $429. It's a bit over your budget but it's had about 1,000 rounds through it of various types and not a single hiccup. It just works. I slip on a recoil pad to extend the lop and use it as well. It's a ton of fun to shoot.

I just ordered an A300 wood .... I've been saving for an A400 sporting and I got tired and just pulled the trigger turners had a sale I jumped on it. For trap shooting every couple weeks, maybe 12-15 times a year I think it will do just fine. I'm sure there are other options for similar in cost but I'm happy with it.

Retail was $650 for ploymer stock $740 wood. Just a heads up.
