    Beretta or Winchester

I have a couple of questions. Need some solid advice and info. I’m finally getting back into upland, waterfowl and deer. Found a sweet 11k acre spot that lets you hunt with shotgun and bow only.
Question 1. Does 28” barrel really have that much more advantage over a 26” barrel?
I’ve been looking at Beretta A400 extreme and Winchester Sx4. I have not fired either one and I’m only choosing the two because of the reviews I’ve seen and read. I know there’s more but these are the two that made the final cut. The beretta seams to offer more and price shows. Gunbroker has them around 1400.00. Winchester I can get one for under 1k. Which one would y’all go far?
Does anyone have either one or both shotguns that can give me some advice.
    Thank you!

    I've got a Beretta A300, and it's great. Plus it's 1/2 the cost of the A400.

If you're in So Cal you're welcome to shoot it.

The only difference I've can tell between the A300, A350, and A400 is $$$$.

My A300 does everything I need it to, and cost about $650.

11k...the K is the Symbol for thousand. As in 11,000 acres.
They teach it in 3rd grade.

The only advantage of a 28” barrel is it gets you 2” closer to the target. It is whatever feels best in your hands. With my build I much prefer 26”.

I feel the A400 is seriously over priced and doesn’t offer much over the A300 unless you feel the need to shoot 3.5” shells. The A300 and SX4 are the same quality in my book which is excellent. They fit is quite a bit different and that should be the deciding factor on which one to purchase.

I missed the k and beg for your forgiveness. They teach that in third grade too.

If you want a budget entry lavel garbage, go for A300, if you want a budget gun, go for V3
if you want to go for a good gun, go Maxus or SX3

I'm in BA, i can let you try my maxus and you can rent to try A300 and compare them side by side.

I'm curious, what makes the A300 garbage?
