of note regarding non-lead for 16 gauge:
Cabela's has 16 gauge Kent Bismuth in stock for $16.00/box of 10 shells (plus shipping).
That works out to $1.60 per round for non-tox 16 gauge in reloadable hulls.
The last time I bought bismuth shot I purchased 6.6lbs for $163.99 (plus shipping), that's $1.55 worth of shot per round, plus primers etc.
Basically, as long as Kent bismuth is $16.00 a box or less (on sale, etc.) it's less expensive for me to buy factory than to reload.
Ballistic products is currently selling 7lb bags of bismth for $170 bucks, that works out to $1.52/oz (not including shipping) at which point it's a wash to load your own or buy the Kents, unless the Kents go on sale
