Tube Extention on a 28"

I'm planning on getting my first shotgun and I have pet peevs. One of them are inconsistency with measurements.

The shotgun I'm planning to get is a 28" 1100 and I always want a 4 round tube extension but I have a peeve about the barrel being longer than the tube. Is there a tube extension that closely matches to the length of the barrel?

Not sure about an 1100 but on a Benelli a +6 (for 9 total in the tube) is a nice match for a 28" barrel.
