Ceh383 yeah I'm going to listen to you, its a more responsible decision trying them out first before I buy. The main reason I'd like a o/u is the ejector. Too bad the only people I know in my area that are even interested in firearms is me and my friend haha. I'll check out lgs in my area. I totally want the 30" but trying to justify the price. But if a pro like you is saying you'd prefer it I gotta get it hahaha! 😅 We will see. Thanks again, your information is extremely helpful.

I'll tell ya, I'm no pro but I've shot a lot of different guns. I wouldn't let ejectors or extractors be an issue, you will get used to either. The main issues should be fit and feel. On a wood stocked gun fit can be adjusted, but it will cost more money.
      Fit:
When you shoulder the gun your eye should be looking straight down the center of the rib without being a contortionist to do so. If the fit is nowhere close I'd pass on the gun, if it is close it can be fixed, if it's perfect it's even better.
      Feel:
Guns have different weights, balance points, fore-end styles, stock thicknesses etc. Weights and balance points will affect how swinging the gun feels, balance can be adjusted by adding weight somewhere on the gun. Stock and fore-end styles are what they are, and littleto no adjustment can be done.
How these things feel to you is personal, and you may like something completely different than I do. This is why it important to try as many as you can...
