Why should Pacific help me? Do they charge a fee for appraisals?

because if they don't help you, then the shotgun on the left is worth $15 and the one ne...oh never mind, i will give you $50 for all 4.

They will be happy to help you get a idea what they are worth and they will try and get you to consign them as well. If they charge for appraisal I would say its worth it so some low life like me does not buy them cheap.

those are EXPENSIVE guns, get the correct information and sell them at the right price.

They will help you and provide you an honest evaluation. John is back East most of the time now at his new shop in Michigan. Jordan and Ken will be more than happy to assist with an appraisal at no cost!

And yes, they charge a consignment fee if you decide to have them sell the guns for you. These are not exotic guns that require much research. From what I can tell you have a couple of 682's and 686 or 687's. All nice guns, but fairly common.

The 4 barrel set would be a nice setup. If you come up with a price, I would entertain purchasing the 4 barrel set.

How hard would it be to provide a picture of each actual gun? Is that a insurmountable task for someone who wants info? Apparently yes.

Consigment can be a good option. Pacific Sporting Arms caters to the types of buyers who would be interested in these guns. IME selling to a store you will get reamed. I'd rather buy private party FtF (DOJ and sales tax), but...

I'm a fan of 682's Have a Sporting Gold with 12 and 20g bbls and a Trap Gold in 12g. I could be itrigued by the 4 barrel set, but probably not enough to give you what it could command in a free market. Nevertheless if you come to a price point and choose to sell them outside of consignment, shoot me the price.

With consignment you will give up 25-35% of sale price as commission. Take good pics and put on gunbroker.com with a reserve. This forum is probably to low impact a place for them with limited buyers for high end shotguns like the set. Pacific will give you an honest appraisal.
