Browning Citori.. How'd I do?

That's like asking friends and neighbors after the fact if you paid too much for your house. It's your decision. Sometimes I've overpaid for a firearm because it's one that I've sought for a long time. Usually with my S&W revolvers. But once I own it, I rarely worry about what I paid for it.

Ok guys heres some pictures of the gun... I have a question though.. It was really tight and requires a little muscle to open and close the gun. The lady said it was hardly shot but who knows... Ive never owned an O/U before but it just seems stiff, almost too stiff.. I almost feel like I have to force it. Gravity isn't enough to budge it at all... Normal?

I tried to take a picture of the inside of the barrels.. I sucked at it.. They are like a mirror inside after cleaning em...

It will loosen up as you use it. Tight means it hasn't been shot a whole lot, and is as it should be with only about 100 rounds through it. As others have said, mod and imp mod will work well for trap.

Looks like its in great condition. Put some grease on it and it should be a bit easier to open...here is a vid of where to lube

Brownings are typically pretty tight out of the box. It'll take awhile to work in.

VERY little use on that gun. Should serve you well on the trap range.

My Citori is still pretty tight opening and closing after probably a couple thousand rounds. Your gun looks like it a has been used little to none. She's a beauty.

My dad has a Browning Lightning with broad rail from the late 70's I believe. It's lever is still not center but the action breaks and drops open like butter under its own weight if not a little loose...

Interesting stuff guys, thanks! Glad to hear it seems as if the gun wasn't shot much. It's got a few nicks on the stock but other than that, it's pretty good. Excited to get out there and shoot it!
