I swear. I offered to pay for half of the parts and the shipping. But he said no.
At this point I'm will to just pay the 80 dollars so I can get this thing fixed

How is this a surprise to anyone? Keltec has a reputation for being cheap, both in price and quality...

There are two major issues that some are dodging.

The first is the reliability of the ksg. Some have had no problems, some have had trouble of which the op is one. Without a comprehensive data base, a few anecdotal reports don't say much about the weapon's quality.

The other is customer service. From what the op writes he has gotten terrible customer service. Forget what Sig, Browning or another company has for a warranty. For that matter I am not so sure that Kel Tec's warranty is the end of things. Ask an attorney if a warranty is no more than a promise a manufacturer offers to include a purchase or if it relieves the manufacturer from whatever duties and obligations it owes a buyer or subsequent owner. In some states mileage will differ.
