Said it before, I'll say it again.

The majority of people I personally know who have sold firearms, have eventually lamented the decision to sell.

    Keep it.
    Sorry, not sorry.

Keep it. 1300's are smooth pump guns and I have always wanted to get one at some point.

Keep, not many other reliable pumps going for only $250. Plus if $250 is keeping you from affording an outlander than you need to save.

I could quote you a f*ton of reasons to keep it. No home should be without a 12 gauge.

Here's a few to get you started:

Go take up skeet if you need a reason to justify keeping it to others.

Unless it's something special to you or rare then it's better just to sell it and buy what you really want. Give it a couple of weeks before you sell, though.

I own an older 3" 1300 defender and a newer 3.5" SXP. Would never let either go.

This is a no brainer. Keep it everyone should have a shotgun geared for self defense and corresponding ammo.
RIP Louis Awerbuck. I miss you and your training.

As in 6+1, or 7 in the tube?...

I just got that extension from Midway http://www.midwayusa.com/product/582...-_-ProductLink

Fits great and looks like it "might" hold 7+1...Haven't had time to grind down the dimples in the mag tube yet - plan to do it this weekend... Did you use a file or dremel?

BTW, it's a great gun - good decision to keep OP.
