    22 storage...

So while moving my 22lr boxes a rem 550 bottomed out and ammos all over the floor. While picking it up, my 2 yo girl brings me a box of my 100rd 40sw ammobox. She starts to pick up my 22 and puts it in. I noticed that every time she puts it in the bullet automatically goes head down.

So i grab a handful and i put it in the box. Ah, my new 22lr storage. Lol. Thanks baby girl! Time to go wash your hand now. Haha

Nice way to store 400 rounds of 22
      Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

I've taken to using 50 cal ammo cans. About 6K in each.

i keep mine like that too but I label them with a sharpie & leave them in an ammo can. I also dump a couple of those silica packs into the plastic bags. good job OP

Good idea, but for long term storage 50 cal ammo cans with desiccant tins/packs are the way to go.

Keep it dry/cool it will have a unlimited shelf life.

Whenever a .22LR drops on concrete I hold by breath. Scary stuff to hit anything hard.

Even if it did ignite the rim primer you would only hear a small pop and the bullet may pop off at a few feet per second. There is almost no pressure built up to achieve any velocity in this scenario.
