Do you mean, with a genuine a3 upper receiver, M4 contour barrel, and flash hider?
If that it, take a look at the CMMG uppers. Yes, it comes with a shortened dust cover, but that can be swapped out for a full size unit.

Spikes made a nice upper, (im assuming its all milspec, but am too lazy to actually google it
..so take it with a grain of salt and a shot of 1800 ...actually I am not sure if there is a milspec standardization for a .22LR AR upper....

I have a REALLY nice .22 upper that I got from Plinker Arms in North Carolina.
Their complete M4 lists for just $650 and is all Aluminum,
both upper and lower.
The .556 mags are now available as fixed at 10 rounds and sonically welded shut .

Really just want an Upper that fits onto one of my existing AR Lowers, maybe one of those Turner - Andersons.
Last couple of years really got into .22's like the MP5 and Uzi Clones plus the M&P15 and Vintage 22's like the Win. 52D, Savage 19NRA, H&R Mod. 12, Win. 61 plus of course the Ruger 10/22 and CZ 452 .....................
I quietly had built up a nice arsenal of 22's and they are fun to shoot.............plus more economical

Look into the CMMG dedicated uppers. Mine is very reliable and shoot well with BDM mags. A lot of fun!
