I've got a couple also. Shot one last year in a "match stick" match that a buddy tried to get going at the Lincoln gun club (only lasted a few months last winter). I used an old Remington 513T with a Bushnell 3200 10X40 scope. The trigger on the 513T was ...challenging compared to the one on the H&R M5200 that my son was using.

The match was shot first thing in the morning and it was a bit cold (low 30's) for these parts. Winds were light and variable. Beause of the low temps, we had to get the rifles warmed up and rezeroed. The match was shot off a front sand bag rest with nothing other than your hand for rear support at 50 yards.

Here is my warm up target for the match. Unfortunately, we turned in our official targets.

There were some small bullseye targets above the match sticks, but I gave up trying to re-zero my rifle on them because of the relatively low power scope I was using (10X). Most guys were using 18 to 24 power scopes. I started using the match heads as an aiming point and finally got my rifle back on target. Best group was a 5 shot group fired at the #9 match head....around .39" ctc.

I was using Federal "auto match" ammo.

Is there someone who specializes in the "pain in the assery" of working on 513T triggers, Trap?

Steve, if you're not in a hurry to get it done, I can do it for you. Between Justin4fun and w55 bringing their collections of broken guns over here, I haven't had time to work on any of mine!

I'm anxious to shoot this one. I have a couple of M12's and an H&R M5200. The 5200 has a much nicer looking stock than the M12.

An enviousl collection of fine 22s. Heres to you Mustang!

Finally picked up my rifles and took some pics.

The Winchester 52D is in great shape...very good metal and wood. Bore is amazing.

Nice! I think that one needs a nice Unertl Target scope mounted on it.

Actually, sent off for a Ken Viani scope mount for it.

                          Nice Catch!

I was looking for a 52 D or E for quite a while. I finally gave up when the UC Riverside Tuition & Housing bills started arriving. I sorta ran out of juice on collecting smallbore target rifles too. I already have a 40X, Remington 37, BSA Model 12, and an Anschutz 1411.

I finally settled on using the 37 with a scope (BalVar 24), the 40x with a front post to practice sight picture for XTC. I shoot the Annie for 3p smallbore, and the BSA is for my lefty daughter.

I ran out of room and use for a 52. The ergonomics of the Anschutz stock over the 40x and the Mdl 37 helped with that decision. It's really hard to grab a conventional prone stock and shoot when you know the Annie is so much nicer.
