That is legal whoever says it isn't is a FUD and a idiot.

Rimfires are EXEMPT from the California AWB, period.

Rimfire rifles are not a part of the AW ban, however rimfire handguns are definitely part of the AW ban. You cannot make a blanket statement like that, failing to specify rifles, and then claim "period".

It did not say ILLEGAL in CA, it says NOT AVAILABLE in CA! So if you can get it from other site willing to ship to CA you are GTG.

I don't see where it is marked "illegal." They just say "not available." For whatever reasons, they choose not to sell it to a small group of states and the D.C.

I got the adjustable a few years ago from them along with the bull barrel.
I don't use the shock anymore but I do use the barrel which I love.
These guy took more than 6 months to sent me my order, I was really thinking I wasn't going to get it. Trying to contact them was a joke. All in all I didn't like the dealing with them but like I said I love the barrel.
