earlier this year i gave about 800 rounds to my local boy scout troop for their big range day. (i grew up sans dad and the boy scouts were a pivotal thing in my life) the scout dads were having a hard time finding ammo....... i forgot about it.

one day, i got a manila envelope in the mail, and it was full of pics, and a nice hand written thank you card.

no one had ever done that for me. i was shocked and really touched.

good on you guys for helping those out. it gives us a little hope in the world.

That's cool. My kids love shooting my 10/22. They are getting single shots for x-mas.

Went out shooting again yesterday. Daughter did not go with us it was too cold. Went to the same place as last weekend. Looks a lot different under 3" of snow.
